# Duewick

> Duewick is an AI accounts receivable agent for Australian businesses. It reads overdue invoices (Xero read-only or uploaded invoice files), works out who to follow up first, sends reminders under the business's own name within the limits the business sets, and handles the replies. The business keeps the decisions.

Status: Open for new accounts. There are no customer reviews or case studies yet.

Duewick is operated by Dreamway Labs LLC, a limited liability company organised in New Mexico, United States. Contact: hello@duewick.com

## What it does
- Reads overdue invoices from a Xero read-only connection or uploaded invoice files, and works out who to follow up first.
- Sends follow-ups under the business's name, and only after the business has connected a ledger, agreed what the agent may do and switched it on.
- Reads the replies: commitments, questions, disputes and wrong contacts. It does not decide who is right in a dispute, agree a discount or payment plan outside the mandate, or threaten legal action. For a debt that will not move it can prepare a file for the business's own lawyer; it never sends it.
- Tracks commitments, credit notes, write-offs and reversals apart from cash. A balance reaching zero is not a recovery until the payment is recorded.

## Pricing
- One plan: A$249 per month, billed monthly in Australian dollars. GST treatment to be confirmed. No commission on recovered invoices.
- 30-day free trial that starts when the card is validated. Cancel before the trial ends and there is no subscription charge. Month to month, no minimum term.
