Your collection plan
I read your overdue invoices and work out who to chase, in what order and how often. You see the whole plan before anything is sent, and before you are asked for a card.
Read your ledger
Connect Xero read-only or upload a CSV. Nothing is sent to anyone while I read.
Show you the plan
Who owes what, since when, which accounts have stopped moving, and who I would chase first — on your own figures, not an estimate.
You set the limits
Hours, frequency, what I may never offer, and which customers I must not approach.
You switch it on
Only then does anything go out, and only then do your 30 days start.
Where should I read them from?
Accounts are not open yet.
Duewick is not taking sign-ups, so you cannot connect your own ledger today and nothing here asks for your details. What you can do right now is walk the whole thing on a sample ledger — clearly marked as made up — and see exactly what the plan looks like before deciding anything.
Walk it on a sample ledgerNot yet
- Connect QuickBooks Online — In development. Intuit’s permission also allows changes to your books; we would only ever read them.
- Upload an invoice — Reading a PDF or image needs document extraction, which is not built yet.
- Forward an invoice — Forwarding to an inbox needs a mail provider we have not chosen yet.
- Enter one by hand — Manual entry comes last, as a fallback when nothing else fits.
30 days free, card required. A$249/month after that.
The 30 days start when the agent goes live — not when you add the card and not when you connect your ledger. Cancel before then and nothing is charged. GST treatment is still to be confirmed before checkout opens.
No recovery amount, rate or timeframe is promised anywhere on this page. Nothing is sent to any of your customers until you have connected a ledger, agreed what I may do, and switched me on.
