Bring your invoices
Connect Xero read-only, or upload CSV, Excel, PDF or photo files. Creating an account and bringing your invoices is free and contacts nobody. Choose where your invoices come from →
See the diagnosis and the plan
Who owes what and since when, which customers have stopped paying on their own, who it would follow up first, and what it sets aside for you — disputes, missing contacts, anything it cannot act on.
Agree the limits
Tone, contact hours, how often it may write, what it may offer, which customers it must never approach, and whether each message needs your approval or it works on autopilot within those rules.
Switch it on — your free trial starts
Only now does anything go out. It writes in your business’s name, one conversation per customer, and every message appears in your Inbox. The 30 days begin when your agent is switched on to work — not while you import or set things up. No changes to your DNS are needed.
Add a card only if you want to keep going
Optional, any time, from Billing. Adding it early does not shorten your trial or bring any charge forward. Before you authorise it you see the price, any tax, the total and the date of the first charge. With a card: A$99/month excluding applicable taxes, billed in AUD, renewing monthly until you cancel. Without one: outgoing follow-ups pause; your history, replies and evidence stay available.
Exceptions come back to you
Disputes, hardship, unverified payments and anything outside your limits wait for you in Needs you. Before each message it checks the balance again, and it only counts a payment your ledger shows.
The trial and billing, in plain words
- No card to start
- Your 30-day free trial needs no card. Connect Xero or upload your invoices, see your recovery plan and agree your agent’s limits without paying anything.
- When the trial starts
- The 30 days begin when your agent is switched on to work — not while you import or set things up. No changes to your DNS are needed.
- Adding a card
- Optional, any time, from Billing. Adding it early does not shorten your trial or bring any charge forward. Before you authorise it you see the price, any tax, the total and the date of the first charge.
- After the trial
- With a card: A$99/month excluding applicable taxes, billed in AUD, renewing monthly until you cancel. Without one: outgoing follow-ups pause; your history, replies and evidence stay available.
- Taxes
- Prices exclude applicable taxes. No GST or other tax is currently added to this plan.
- No lock-in
- Month to month. Cancel any time; there is no minimum term. Cancelling stops the agent straight away and nothing further is charged.
